Our web server is located in a German data center operated by Host Europe GmbH and is secured through technical and organizational measures in accordance with Article 32 GDPR. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Host Europe GmbH pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
We collect, store, or process data solely for our own purposes. Under no circumstances will we rent, sell, or otherwise make your data available to unauthorized third parties. We will only share your data if you explicitly instruct us to do so in writing.
We adhere to the principles of data minimization and data economy. Therefore, we store your personal data only as long as necessary to achieve the stated purposes or as required by the various statutory retention periods. After the purpose ceases or these periods expire, the corresponding data will be routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with legal requirements.

You can send us your inquiry via this email address. In addition to your email address, we process the personal data you provide (e.g., name, subject, message, etc.).
Your data will be deleted once the purpose of communication has been fulfilled and storage is no longer necessary (e.g., your inquiry has been resolved). The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if the message is necessary for fulfilling a contract or carrying out pre-contractual measures.
Otherwise, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, meaning our legitimate interest in responsibly and effectively handling your message.
Contact via Form
Our website offers you the option to contact us via a provided form. If you contact us through this form, we process, in addition to your email address, the personal data you provide (first name, last name). Depending on the content of your message, we may also process additional data (e.g., phone number, postal address, etc.).
The data you enter in the contact form is transmitted directly to info@e-c-crew.de via the “SEND REQUEST” button. Your message is transmitted to us in encrypted form. No further storage of personal data occurs on the server.
The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, meaning our legitimate interest in responsibly and effectively handling your message.
